Fields Center’s Home Visit and Family Training Package allows families of neurodiverse children, teens and adults the opportunity to create a better quality of life for their family and their child. This package includes working on skill acquisition and challenging behavior in the home.

Through a combination of home-based observation, data collection and support plan development, the Fields Center clinician can help family members achieve their quality-of-life goals. Concrete strategies for supporting your loved one’s social and behavioral development will be offered as well as data collection systems to monitor outcomes.

Fields Center staff will contact you within 5-days to discuss the process and make the arrangements for next steps.
* If location is outside of 30-minute radius from the Fields Center expect an additional invoice to accommodate mileage and travel time.
